Baking and Pastry Retreat Week 1

The school hosted a variety of pastry professionals at a retreat this weekend. Here are the results of some of their efforts!

This dessert was the best one that I tried. The normal procedure is to just try one bite; this one was so good I ate the whole thing!
One group had a "chocolate showpiece display. This is it moments before it...



Broke!


The kitchen was over 85 Degrees and ice cream and chocolate were melting like crazy!
